Life goes by as usual... Gambling, playing games, eating, sleeping, napping, etc etc etc... That's what I have been doing all the time... Well... Is CNY to me anyway... Gotta live life to the fullest :P

It turns out that since my 1st day of CNY until today (3rd day), what I have been doing to celebrate CNY is visit friends house at 10pm... Except for today, they will be coming to my house instead... Hoho... I'm just wondering, whose house will be the next location for tomorrow??? Haha xD

Just blinking my eyes, CNY is coming in 1 week... This is like uber fast... So many things happened, and so many things passes by so quickly, like a flash...

Anyway, this is something that I must share... Though I'm not keen to the original version (which is sang by Bruno Mars), but Glee really did an awesome job in covering this song... And I just love this :)

My Month End Post~~~

It has been a long time, again... :S

Days ahead are getting rougher as there are plenty of new games to play, things to do, preparing for CNY which I am waiting for a long time, mahjongs, lengthy holiday, etc etc... However, it will be a hellish time right after this holiday... I hope I can get myself through it...

So let's get straight to what happened in this month...  I wanted to buy this luxury condo at Bandar Mahkota Cheras... Surprisingly, it is the cheapest luxury condo that I have found so far... Of course I do hope there will be even cheaper luxury condo but I'm kinda satisfy with this one... Went to their sales gallery and sadly to say, the biggest size is the only available units... Though I wanted to have the smallest unit (1,022 sq. ft.) for myself which already cost around 350,000... I mean come on... Is quite cheap you know??? Lol...
Oh well... Unfortunately, these units has been completely sold out... Not even a single unit left... :(
After looking at the loans, eventually, most of it requires me to pay AT LEAST 1,500 per month for 20/25 years... Mr and Mrs bread, here I come :)

Ok maybe it's not that bad after all... Financial wise it will be a little tough but it does not mean I won't get through... Just hope for a good boost in my increment and taa daa~~~ It's affordable LOL!!!

I believe there will be some upcoming luxury condo development around... Located far away from my parents' home is fine but just make sure that it have at least one public transportation (LRT MRT Monorail Putra KTM and not bus/taxi) will do... And yes... It must be around 1,000 sq. ft. and cost below 400,000 then it will be totally perfect for me... :P



So far, this is the "most happening" thing that have happened to me this month... Something I'm really looking forward to... But think about my salary, is kinda sad... I wonder when I will get my increment :(

I do not want to be rich... I just want the money to buy things that will fulfil my wants and necessities.

Training!!!

For the first time... I was given the opportunity to attend a training and this training will give me a cert of attendance AND IF I pass the exam, I will get credit for it as well... I'm not sure if I'm worried or not but I just can't wait for tomorrow's exam... You know... The feeling... Exams... GAHHH!!! Whatever =D

It seems like I tend to blog lesser and lesser... Not because I don't want... There are too many games such as RO2 keeps me occupied... Talk about it, a screenshot I captured from RO2:
