I Tak Paham!!!

Summing up all the bonuses and my salary, why am I getting 3k lesser after all the deduction from EPF, taxes and things??????? WHATTT??? HOW DO THEY CALCULATE?????!!!!

Ok I am getting so confused and I don't understand at all... Given that our EPF contribution is only 11%, my calculation of 11% out of the total does not tally with the amount I am receiving... That's a fucking 3k in differences and that amount could mean a lot to me... The fact that I am not getting as what I expected and now, I am getting lesser than what I calculated... This is blasphemy!!! BLASPHEMY!!!



I don't feel much richer after getting my bonus... Not at all...

2 more days to get my bonus!!! Wonder if my RM50 can tahan for these 2 days lolz...
Disappointed with my bonus...Was hoping for 2 months and I am only getting 1.8 months...

Incentive did increased but not by a lot... I am OK with this incentive as long as it does not drop... Another thing is, no phone incentive but FINALLY!!! I CAN BUY BACK MY ANNUAL LEAVE FOR CASH!!! I think this is the best thing liao lor...

Face My Fears...

Aight... The opening track for Kingdom Hearts 3 has been released and I gotta say, Utada's part never fails to impress me while Skrillex was a little bit off for my taste but after listening for a few times, somehow I get used to it lolz... And yes, the game is releasing tomorrow and I will getting my game tomorrow :D

Next... This week is the last week before CNY and I was planning to have some lou sang session with my ex-colleagues, and probably with my high school friends... It feels like a tradition to lou sang every time CNY is around the corner, whether with family or friends... So yea, is all about eating and I'm going to be fat this CNY... Why??? I'm gonna sit at home like a douche playing KH3 and eating non-stop... Festive seasons, festive sacrifices LMAOZ!!!

Lastly, I am slowly addicted to LoL given that I resent this game so much for quite a long time... However, I do admit that compared to the first time I played it and now, there are such a huge improvement in graphics and gameplay which makes me hooked up to it now...



Actually I have a few more long stories to write out but too lazy as of now... Mood swing kau kau =.=

Troubled...

It has been a while since I was this troubled in my job... Usually the tasks given was averagely difficult but this current task really get me good... It is so difficult to think of an algorithm or logic that does not require too many verification else it would causes slowdown... I really thought about it for the pass 2 days and so far, nothing came out... This is a true struggle of what my job is all about and who say programmers life are easy!!!

I really need to think of more alternate ways in tackling this issue else I have to work in the weekends T_T

Pre-ordered!!!

That moment when I clicked on transfer, that's where I made my payment for Kingdom Hearts 3... I mean, no regrets on spending for this game... It was one of my favourite RPG of all time and I am pretty sure it will never disappoint me at all... Song by Utada Hikaru was definitely a plus for this franchise and I can't see why everyone will hate it... Aside from having Disney and Square Enix characters in it, it is a fun game to play... Awesome and interesting battle gameplay with loads of visually appealing skills and magic will liven up the entire experience... I can't wait for this game to arrive since I have took off days just to play this game for the whole CNY week... This is heaven!!!

Now... There are only a week plus left for me to struggle before the long holiday... Hopefully everything goes well so that I can enjoy my festive holidays to the fullest...

Feeling Down...

Out of sudden, my mood tremendously went down, so down that I felt very demotivated... One of the major reason is after discussing with my boss on my KPI, my incentive will drop from 80% margin to 70% margin... This means, I am getting less 10% of the incentive money... I felt that there is a little flaw in this system... For every transition from last month of the year to the first month of a new year, we are expecting it to drop for sure... And since my boss did mention that this KPI would affect our year end bonus, this situation is definitely not favourable for our bonus as well... I do not know exactly how it will be evaluated but these are the few things I am expecting:

1. Increase my base salary by at least 500
2. Bonus is at least 2 months
3. Increase in the incentive

I don't know anymore... It is not fun to get such news while I have a deadline to chase after...



I am so not in the mood right now...

Holidays~~~

Usually at the month of Jan or Feb, there will be a lot of holidays and after that, it will be quite some time for the next holidays... Given that my friend who is coming to KL soon, I want to visit him and at the same time, travel with him... Although planning on where to go is a pain the ass, but I will make good use of these off days as a payback for my did-not-go-anywhere-during-2018 lolz...

Well... In preparation for CNY... Gonna spend the whole week playing KH3 weeeee~~~

Chinese New Year is coming very soon and I will have to start planning for my next island trip... Given that I did not travel anywhere last year, I have to make it become reality this year... The saddest part is, there will be a Kingdom Hearts theme hotel in Tokyo Disneyland which I would love to visit at least once (and one night is ain't cheap)... But before anything else, island trip is a must this year... It could be anywhere between March to June... There are so many places I wanna go this year yet I am still financially struggling right now HAHAHA!!!

For better or for worst, I still have to move on with my life XD

Accumulating...

Recently I realises that I rarely post much things on my blog... This is due to not much interesting events that are happening in my life since the past few months (Yup no vacations, nothing) and I felt kinda left out away from my blog... However, this new year, it seems like a lot of interesting things gonna happen to me... Whether good or bad, at least there are something I can type about right??? Lolz... Therefore, I will try to post more things in my blog for this year, hoping that I can beat the post counts in year 2009 (127 posts) which has the highest post count... I'm gonna make my blog lively again (well nobody is going to read it except me LOL)...

Need to travel more so I have more things to post lehhhh...

Tired...

One thing I noticed when I started to workout more intensively is my body gets tired very easily... Tired not in terms of ache or what but in terms of requiring some recuperation by going to sauna, spa, jacuzzi, getting massages and everything that helps to recover my body... Good massages are expensive in here and it is not easy to find some random massage center which provides good massages as well... Every few months, my body will tell me that I need some of this...



But I still have to work T_T

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2019!!!

OK I know I am a little late but still, a wish is better than none...

One memorable thing that I did for my first time in my entire life is celebrating New Year's Eve... Well that is normal isn't it??? What if I celebrate it with pasar malam food with my family??? That is definitely my first time lolz... It was fun because all we did is eat, laugh and that is how I end my 2018 with a bang!!!

As I was on a long leave since New Year's eve, getting back to work today makes me feel more energised or motivated because I am only working for 2 days this week... Next week onward, it will be a long long journey again AAHHAAHAHAHA!!!
